THE BOOKING PROCESS

Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and send you a provisional booking
confirmation via e-mail. The provisional booking means that we will hold the villa for you for five
working days. During this period we will have to receive your deposit (equivalent to 25% of the
rental) in order for your provisional booking to be confirmed. You will receive a confirmation of
both the provisional as well as the confirmed booking via e-mail. Therefore, do not forget to give
us your correct e-mail address.

The full balance, plus a £100 damages deposit (refundable within 14 days after rental period),

will need to be paid in full 1 calendar month prior to your arrival. See special offers!

DISCOUNTS

Discounts may apply for stays longer than 7 nights or multiple bookings. See special offers!

CANCELLATIONS

Reservations can be cancelled with no charge if made in writing/e-mail 1 month or more prior to
the date of arrival.

GUESTS AND CODE OF CONDUCT

The guests in the villa must be those named and must not exceed the number stated. Disregarding
these conditions may lead to the immediate termination of the contract without a refund. Guests
are expected to maintain a "good neighborly" code of conduct avoiding excessive loud music,
noise and other behavior which may disturb the other neighbors and residents.

DEPOSIT / DILAPIDATIONS

The deposit (mentioned above) is of course refundable if no damages have been incurred.

AND FINALLY....

We cannot be responsible for bad weather, your illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays.
We would therefore strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance before departure.
